We do not accept returns once a product or service has been delivered .

if order have been ever got chargeback .we will refund as soon as chargeback resolved. 
 

However, we do offer a price protection policy. If the price of the product or service you purchased dropped before or within 24 hours of complete delivery, we will refund you the difference.if we can not Deliver goods in 24 hours, we will refund Full money for your order

We do not accept any claim for compensation and refund for the following reasons.
1. Game Account get ban \ block
2. Game rollback
3. Game error

If you suffer a loss due to the above reasons, you must claim compensation from the Game Company.
